The vision of Konsortia Consultancy is carried forward through the following individual:

Nazette Bost has extensive experience as an events and project manager in the public and corporate sector. She has built up a strong network during this period through liasing with various stakeholders from all walks of life.

Her event management experience was gained through working on various company and product launches and has arranged several fundraising events for the African National Congress (ANC) during this time. She played an instrumental role in developing a partnership between the private sector and the public sector with the establishment of the Masakh’ iSizwe Centre of Excellence with the Department of Transport and Public Works in 2006 – 2008 and has project managed major festivals such as Cape Women of the World Festival in 2002 and co project managed the Small Business Week in 2001 & 2002 respectively.

Her strong communication skills were developed through her involvement and participation in several community driven projects, such as the Ikapa Arts Festival and the Very Special Arts Festival SA and through her involvement with several local theatre groups, like Avant Gardé Theatre Group (of which she was a founder member), SANCA Theatre Group and Theatre for Youth.

She’s also been involved in numerous social development and leadership projects, working with specifically the physically disabled youth. Before entering the corporate environment she was a qualified teacher (1989-1998), who has done extensive work in the culture and sports arena for the physically disabled youth.

Nazette holds the following:

  • Associate in Management (AIM) Programme from the UCT Graduate School of Business.
  • Diploma in Project Management and Business Management (Damelin Management School).
  • B.Ed and Higher Diploma in Education (UWC).
